Policy Statement

All sessions with clients are intended for your general knowledge, education and entertainment only and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment for specific medical conditions.

You should seek prompt medical care for any specific health issues and consult your physician before starting a new fitness regimen, herbal therapy, or other self-directed treatment.

Lydia makes no representations or warranties with respect to any information contained in the sessions and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from use of the program and/or attendance at the sessions.

Lydia shall have no liability with respect to delivery of services for consequential, exemplary, special, incidental, or punitive damages even if she has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, the liability of Lydia for any reason and upon any cause of action shall be limited to the amount actually paid for sessions.

This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including, without limitation, to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentations, and other torts.

Mutually Respectful Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Lydia at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. If you scheduled online you can use the link you received with the confirmation or email or call Lydia directly.

If you do not reschedule 48 hours or more in advance, or if you miss your session time, full payment is due and refunds will not be issued on prepaid sessions.
