Here are my musings from Lesson 1:

Nothing I see in this room (on this street, from this window, in this place) means anything.

I love this less already. I feel free, released, unencumbered from thoughts, relationships, expectations. I feel like the ropes of entanglements and attachments are released – cut free allowing me to float freely.

I feel inspired and open and free when I let go of the meaning associated with things – even people and even feelings. Like floating in the sea – help up by the content of the water. Ahhh, feels fabulous!
