Thank you for joining me in reflections of A Course in Miracles Revival.
Here is Lesson 19:
I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my thoughts.

We’ve all had the experience of walking into a room and immediately picking up on the “vibe”. You don’t even need to talk to anyone, but you get the feeling of the collective levity or gravity. We’ve got this innate sense, as if we’re tapping into the invisible energy in the room.
Now turn it around. Image you’re walking into the room and the people there pick up on your “vibe”. What are they getting?
I noticed this phenomenon just today. As I walked into a room of my colleagues, I was thinking about how tax time is approaching, that I need to collect my receipts, while silently berating myself for having eaten that luscious croissant yesterday. My thoughts were heavy – stuck to the past and pinned to the future.
I snapped out of my trance of thoughts and regrouped. But what if I hadn’t? What would I be putting out into the “field”? Would I have set up a productive environment in which to engage in creative dialogue? Certainly not!
So, if in fact, “I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my thoughts” (and I believe this is true), then I have a fantastic opportunity and responsibility to become mind-full of my thoughts. Why? Because my thoughts are not mine alone! My thoughts drift out to the collective and have a direct effect on others. This is powerful stuff because my thoughts and their effects on others will influence our collective ability to experience miracles.
A Course in Miracles teaches us, among many other things, that we are co-creators of our life experience. So if I want more Miracles in my life, then being aware of my thoughts and their effects launches me onto the path of manifesting miracles in my life!
